Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals in Chino Hills, California
Chino Hills sits at the crossroads of San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange counties — which sounds convenient until you're coordinating a group trip and suddenly every destination is a different freeway and a different parking nightmare. Rialtopartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses serving Chino Hills so your group moves together, no matter where the night or the weekend takes you. Call 840-799-6760 or fill out the quick online form for pricing in under a minute.
Find the Right Party Bus Service in Chino Hills
Rialtopartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, employ anyone behind the wheel, or hold a motor carrier permit. It's a quote-comparison website — you fill out one short form or call 840-799-6760, and within seconds you can see different vehicle options and pricing from transportation providers serving the Chino Hills area.
No account required. No callbacks to chase down. No describing your trip to five different offices on hold.
That's the whole point. Instead of spending an afternoon hunting down individual companies, waiting on email replies, and trying to compare quotes that never quite line up — you put your trip details in once and compare buses side by side. Groups of 10, groups of 56, one-way transfers, full-day itineraries, multi-stop weekend runs — the network covers it.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a wedding party pickup or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate shuttle circuit between Chino Hills and downtown Los Angeles, the options are right there. Call any time, any day, and pricing for your trip can be ready in about a minute.
Chino Hills Charter Bus & Party Bus Rental Options

Chino Hills Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Not every trip needs the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar area — the right call for a birthday night out or a bachelorette run through the Inland Empire. A minibus is a cleaner fit for corporate shuttles or wedding guest loops between Chino Hills venues and hotel blocks, with reclining seats and solid climate control for the SR-71 corridor in summer heat.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — critical for longer hauls to SoFi Stadium or a full day at Yaamava' Resort & Casino. Amenities vary by vehicle, and the comparison tool lets you sort exactly what matters for your trip.

How Much Is a Party Bus in Chino Hills?
Party bus rentals in Chino Hills generally run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$500 per hour on weekends, depending on vehicle size and date. Charter buses and minibuses tend to run more budget-friendly on a per-head basis — a 56-seat charter bus at $200–$350/hour across 40 passengers works out to roughly $5–$9 per person per hour.
Full-day rates vary by vehicle and provider.

More Choices on Chino Hills Party Buses, One Search
Chino Hills is positioned at a three-county junction, which means group trips here almost always cross into competing traffic corridors — the 71 through Corona, the 60 toward East LA, the 91 into Anaheim. When you're coordinating a group, every car going a different direction is a problem waiting to happen. A single bus solves that without anyone needing to navigate SR-71 construction zones or fight for the last parking spot at Ontario Mills.
Rialtopartybuscompany.com's value is simple: one form, one call, and you're comparing multiple vehicle options from providers serving your area — not one company's available fleet on one date. That means more vehicle types, more pricing options, and a better chance of finding exactly what fits your headcount and budget. Groups that know exactly what they want can find their vehicle fast through the online tool.
Groups with questions — how many seats, which vehicle handles the 60 Freeway best, what's the difference between a minibus and a charter bus for a 30-person wedding shuttle — can call 840-799-6760 any time and talk it through. Either way, no account is needed and the quote is free. That's it.
Party Bus Services for Chino Hills Occasions
From airport transfers and prom night to winery runs through Temecula and corporate shuttles into Los Angeles, Rialtopartybuscompany.com connects Chino Hills groups with the right vehicle for any occasion. Browse the service pages below or call 840-799-6760 to describe your trip and get options fast.

Chino Hills Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) sits about 12 miles northwest of Chino Hills via the 60 Freeway — close enough that a Sprinter van or minibus makes a genuinely efficient transfer for groups of 10 to 25. For larger groups flying into LAX or John Wayne (SNA), a charter bus is the smarter move: LAX is roughly 40 miles west and SNA is about 25 miles south, and both airports have commercial bus loading protocols that a prearranged vehicle handles without any scramble on your end.
At ONT, ground transportation pickup for prearranged buses uses the commercial lanes on the arrivals level — have your group assembled with luggage before calling the vehicle over, because timing coordination at ONT's curbside moves fast. For more on navigating Ontario, the ONT airport shuttle guide has the full breakdown. For LAX or SNA pickups, confirm your terminal with the airline before your trip date, since each has its own approach road and curbside staging zone.
A dedicated Chino Hills area airport shuttle beats splitting a group across four rideshares — one vehicle, one pickup, straight to the terminal.

Chino Hills Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Inland Empire has no shortage of bachelor and bachelorette-worthy destinations within an hour of Chino Hills — Temecula wine country, the casino floor at Yaamava' in Highland, the brewery district in downtown Pomona, and nightlife along Foothill Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga. The problem isn't finding a destination. It's keeping everyone together once you've got 15 to 25 people with different levels of navigation confidence trying to convoy down the 71 at 10pm.
A Chino Hills bachelorette party bus in the 20- to 30-passenger range handles the whole night: pickup from the hotel or home base, stops at each venue on your itinerary, and a drop-off when the group's ready. Party buses in that range typically come with LED lighting, wraparound seating, a premium sound system, and flat-panel TVs — the party is already rolling before you hit the first stop. Call 840-799-6760 to check weekend availability, especially for Saturday nights in peak season.

Chino Hills Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Chino Hills has a strong tradition of large milestone celebrations — quinceañeras and Sweet 16 parties here regularly fill 200-person reception halls, and a party bus arrival is one of the most memorable moments of the night. A 20- to 40-passenger party bus in black or white (request your color preference when you quote) makes for a grand entrance to venues like the Chino Hills Community Center or reception spaces along Grand Avenue.
For adult milestone birthdays — 30th, 40th, 50th — a night out that hits multiple Inland Empire spots without anyone worrying about the drive home is exactly the format a party bus is built for. A Chino Hills birthday party bus can run a custom itinerary: dinner in Chino, a casino stop at Yaamava', and a nightclub finish in Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga, all on one vehicle, on one flat rate. Compare options and get pricing through the quick form or by calling 840-799-6760.

Chino Hills Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two closest major concert venues to Chino Hills are Glen Helen Amphitheater in Devore and Toyota Arena in Ontario — and both are well worth skipping the solo drive. Glen Helen sits about 20 miles north on I-15 and hosts festivals that draw 30,000+ fans; the I-15 northbound corridor turns into a genuine parking lot after shows end, and the venue's lot fills early. Toyota Arena is roughly 10 miles northwest in Ontario and handles arena-level touring acts year-round.
A charter bus to Glen Helen Amphitheater drops your group at the venue and stages nearby, so the post-show crawl on I-15 is entirely someone else's problem. For Toyota Arena, the Toyota Arena bus rental guide covers exactly where commercial vehicles drop off and what the parking situation looks like on event nights. A Chino Hills concert bus rental with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound keeps the energy up on the ride over — and makes the ride back just as good as the show.

Chino Hills Corporate Event Transportation
Chino Hills is home to a significant corporate corridor along the 71 and 60 freeways, with company headquarters and office parks that regularly need employee shuttles, client transfers, and conference transportation. Getting a group of 20–40 employees from a Chino Hills office campus to a downtown Los Angeles meeting, a LAX flight cluster, or an Ontario Convention Center event means sitting on the 60 during peak hours — unless you put everyone on one vehicle.
A minibus or charter bus handles a corporate shuttle circuit without anyone needing to expense parking at $35 a day or coordinate a carpool that never quite lines up. For executive VIP transfers between Chino Hills and Los Angeles or Orange County, a Sprinter van with individual climate control and leather seating is a cleaner fit than a full-size bus. Corporate event transportation through the network covers one-way transfers, round-trips, and multi-day contracts — call 840-799-6760 to talk through what your company actually needs.

Chino Hills Private Event Transportation Services
Church retreats, family reunions, HOA outings, corporate team-building days — Chino Hills generates a steady stream of private group events that don't fit neatly into a predefined category. What they all share: a group of people who need to get from one place to another without splitting into a five-car convoy and losing half the group at a gas station on the 60.
A charter bus or minibus is the practical fix for any private event where headcount is known in advance. For a large family reunion moving between Prado Regional Park and a restaurant in Chino, a 35-passenger minibus keeps the whole group on one timeline. For a church retreat heading up to Lake Arrowhead — about 40 miles north on I-215 — a 56-passenger charter bus with overhead storage handles the luggage and the people in one trip.
Private event transportation quotes are free and take about a minute at 840-799-6760.

Chino Hills Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Chino Hills area runs late April through May, and it covers multiple high schools across the Chino Valley Unified district — Chino Hills High School, Ayala High School, and Don Antonio Lugo High School among them. All of these schools hold proms within roughly the same 6-week window, which means party bus availability in the area tightens fast starting in February.
For prom: book by January or February. Waiting until March or April in this area will cost you more or leave you with fewer options — not because the website runs out of options in general, but because the vehicles that fit a prom-sized group in the Chino Hills corridor get claimed fast. A Chino Hills prom party bus in the 18- to 28-passenger range handles the standard group, with LED lighting and sound built in.
Use the online form now to get pricing before the date fills up — no account needed, and the quote takes about a minute.

Chino Hills School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips from Chino Hills schools hit a range of destinations across the Inland Empire and greater LA basin — the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands, the California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside, and closer stops like Prado Regional Park. Coordinating carpools across a class of 30 students is a logistics problem that a single charter bus just eliminates.
A school event bus rental in the 40–56 passenger range handles a full class cohort with overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, climate control for the Inland Empire heat, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer runs. Teachers and chaperones don't have to navigate the 71 or the 60 — the route is handled for you, and the group arrives together. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote.
Call 840-799-6760 to get started.

Chino Hills Sporting Event Transportation
Chino Hills sports fans have several major venues within reasonable range — SoFi Stadium in Inglewood for Rams and Chargers games (about 45 miles west), Dodger Stadium in Echo Park (roughly 40 miles west on the 60), and Honda Center in Anaheim for Ducks games (about 30 miles south). All three corridors turn into genuine traffic nightmares on event days, and all three have parking situations that punish latecomers.
SoFi Stadium parking can run $50–$100 on game days, and the 405/105 interchange after a Sunday afternoon game is exactly as bad as it sounds. A charter bus to SoFi Stadium from Chino Hills puts the whole group on one vehicle, keeps the tailgate going on the ride over, and handles the exit crush without anyone sitting in the parking structure for 90 minutes. For Dodger games, the Dodger Stadium bus rental guide has the drop-off details.
Sporting event transportation quotes are free — call 840-799-6760 to check availability for your game date.

Chino Hills Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Chino Hills has a range of wedding venues that all share the same logistical challenge: guests traveling from Los Angeles, Orange County, and the wider Inland Empire, arriving at a location where street parking is either nonexistent or a quarter-mile walk from the entrance. A wedding shuttle loop between a designated hotel block — typically on Grand Avenue or near Ontario Mills — and the ceremony venue keeps guests on schedule and on their feet when they arrive.
A 20- to 35-passenger minibus is the right fit for most Chino Hills wedding shuttle circuits, with enough capacity for multiple loops without the formality of a full-size charter bus. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo with leather seating and individual climate control keeps things polished on the wedding day without coordinating three separate vehicles. Chino Hills wedding transportation quotes are free, no account required, and calling 840-799-6760 can help you build a shuttle schedule around your venue's specific timeline.

Chino Hills Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula wine country is the obvious move from Chino Hills — about 50 miles south on I-15, it puts your group inside one of Southern California's most established wine-touring corridors, with over 45 wineries clustered along Rancho California Road. South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, Wilson Creek Winery, and Callaway Vineyard & Winery are all within minutes of each other once you're on Rancho California Road, which means the itinerary writes itself — the only variable is how you get there without someone drawing the short straw on driving.
A minibus or party bus handles the Temecula run cleanly: pickup in Chino Hills, winery stops on your itinerary, and a return when the group is ready — no one watching the clock, no one coordinating a sober convoy back up I-15 at 6pm on a Saturday. For craft beer runs closer to home, the Ontario and Pomona brewery scenes are both within 20 miles. A winery tour bus rental quote takes about a minute — call 840-799-6760 or use the online form.

How much does a party bus cost in Chino Hills?
Party bus rentals in Chino Hills typically range from $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$500/hour on weekends, depending on vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. A 15-passenger party bus starts on the lower end of that range; a 50-passenger party bus on a Saturday night sits at the higher end. Minibuses and charter buses often run $200–$275/hour, making them a strong value for larger groups on a per-seat basis.
Those are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific trip. Call 840-799-6760 or use the online form and you can have a quote in about a minute. Visit the party bus prices page for a full breakdown.
Which venues near Chino Hills fill up fastest for party bus bookings?
Glen Helen Amphitheater festival weekends (May–October) and Yaamava' Resort & Casino on holiday weekends are the two biggest demand spikes in this corridor. SoFi Stadium playoff games and Dodger Stadium postseason dates also pull heavily from the Chino Hills area. For any of those events, booking 6–8 weeks out is a reasonable minimum.
Prom season (late April–May) is a separate category — vehicles in this area get claimed months in advance for that window.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Chino Hills group?
Party buses are designed for the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound systems, and bar areas built for social groups on a night out. Charter buses are configured for transportation efficiency: forward-facing rows, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, and onboard restrooms on many vehicles. For a birthday night hitting multiple stops in the Inland Empire, a party bus is the right call.
For a corporate group shuttle to LAX or a school field trip to the Natural History Museum, a charter bus handles the logistics better. Group size matters too — charter buses seat up to 56, which is hard to match in a party bus format.
Can a charter bus make multiple stops across the Inland Empire?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries — hotel to venue to after-party, or a winery tour hitting four stops in Temecula — are straightforward to set up. When you request a quote, describe the full itinerary: pickup address, each stop, approximate time at each location, and final drop-off.
The quote reflects the total trip, and the vehicle stays with your group the entire time. Nothing gets improvised on the day of the trip.
Is a minibus or a party bus better for a Chino Hills wedding shuttle?
For most Chino Hills wedding shuttle circuits — running guests between a hotel block on Grand Avenue and the venue across multiple loops — a 20- to 35-passenger minibus is the practical fit. It's easier to stage at venues with limited curbside space, handles multiple loops without overshooting capacity, and doesn't require the full-size commercial vehicle approach roads that a 56-passenger charter bus does. For the bridal party transport, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a common upgrade.
Call 840-799-6760 and describe your venue and guest count — the right vehicle becomes obvious fast.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, 4–8 weeks out gives you solid options and reasonable pricing. For peak demand windows — prom season (book by January or February), Glen Helen festival weekends, holiday Saturdays at Yaamava', and any SoFi or Dodger Stadium playoff date — book as soon as the date is confirmed. Waiting until the week of an event almost always means fewer options and higher rates.
The form takes about a minute and the quote is free, so there's no reason to wait.
Popular Chino Hills Party Bus Destinations
Chino Hills sits within easy reach of some of the Inland Empire's best entertainment, sports, and outdoor destinations. Here are six spots where a party bus or charter bus makes the most logistical sense — and what you need to know before you go.

Yaamava' Resort & Casino
Yaamava' Resort & Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) is one of the largest casinos in California, sitting about 25 miles northeast of Chino Hills via I-10 East and the 210 Freeway. The property draws major concert acts at the Yaamava' Theater and hosts a full resort floor with hotel, spa, and multiple dining options. On weekend nights and during headliner events, the parking structure fills early and the 210/I-10 interchange backs up significantly on the return.
A charter bus or party bus to Yaamava' means your group parks once — at the pickup address — and the casino floor is the only agenda from that point forward. Phone: 840-799-6760.

Glen Helen Amphitheater
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is one of Southern California's largest outdoor concert venues, with a capacity exceeding 65,000 for festival-format events. It hosts major festivals from May through October, including Hard Summer and Knotfest, which draw crowds that turn I-15 North into a standstill well before show time. Lot parking is available but fills hours early for sold-out events, and the post-show exit from Devore can take 60–90 minutes by car.
A charter bus to Glen Helen from Chino Hills — roughly 20 miles north on I-15 — drops your group at the venue entrance and handles the exit crawl without anyone sitting behind a wheel.

Toyota Arena
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is the Inland Empire's primary indoor arena, hosting concerts, family shows, WWE events, and Ontario Reign AHL hockey games about 10 miles northwest of Chino Hills. The arena sits inside the Ontario Center commercial corridor, and parking in the surrounding lots runs $15–$25 on event nights. For groups of 15 or more, paying individual parking plus coordinating who drives makes a minibus the clear smarter move.
A Toyota Arena bus rental puts your group on one vehicle from Chino Hills, dropped curbside at the arena entrance, with no one circling the Ontario Center lots after the show.

Prado Regional Park
Prado Regional Park (16700 Euclid Ave, Chino, CA 91708) is a 2,200-acre park straddling the Chino–Chino Hills border, featuring fishing lakes, equestrian facilities, disc golf, and picnic areas that make it a popular destination for family reunions, company picnics, and school field trips. The park has ample parking for large vehicles in the main lot off Euclid Avenue, and reserved group picnic areas require advance permits through San Bernardino County Regional Parks. For school groups or large family reunions, a charter bus handles the transport cleanly — no coordinating 12 parent carpools across two cities.
The park is about 5 miles south of central Chino Hills.

Chino Hills State Park
Chino Hills State Park (1879 Jackson St, Chino Hills, CA 91709) covers nearly 15,000 acres of rolling hills, grasslands, and oak woodland trails across parts of San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties. The park is a popular destination for hiking groups, photography clubs, and school nature programs. The main Bane Canyon parking area has space for large vehicles, though the access road narrows significantly approaching the entrance and is not suitable for full-size 45-foot motorcoaches.
A 35-passenger minibus is the recommended vehicle size for trail access days. Group permits for large organized events are required through California State Parks in advance.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) hosts Los Angeles Rams and Chargers home games, plus major concert events, college football bowl games, and international soccer matches. From Chino Hills, the drive is roughly 45 miles west — manageable in low traffic, but the 60 West to the 110 South or the 405 South on a game day is a different situation entirely. SoFi Stadium event parking runs $50–$100 depending on lot and advance purchase, and the post-game 405/105 interchange is one of the most reliably congested exits in Southern California.
A SoFi Stadium charter bus from Chino Hills keeps the group together, handles the freeway on both ends, and drops everyone at the stadium's commercial vehicle drop-off area. Phone: 840-799-6760.
